Champions Exchange Glitch – EA Should Address This Fairly
When the Champions event went live, the exchanges remained available for around an hour instead of being disabled immediately. During that period, players who happened to be online were able to use the new event players in exchanges and gain a significant advantage before the issue was fixed.
The problem isn't that players used what was available—they simply used the game as it was. The real issue is that this oversight created an unfair advantage that was only accessible to a small portion of the player base. Many players were asleep, at work, or in different time zones and never had the same opportunity.
FC Mobile is a global game. Progression shouldn't depend on whether someone happened to be online during a temporary mistake.
EA should acknowledge this issue and provide a fair resolution. Whether that's compensation for the broader player base or another measure to restore balance, ignoring the impact of this oversight sends the wrong message about competitive fairness.
This isn't about punishing players who benefited. It's about ensuring that a temporary mistake doesn't leave a permanent gap between those who were online and those who weren't. I hope the team addresses this transparently and explains how situations like this will be handled in the future.
