Concerns regarding the new TOTY event..

I don't even care about this entire years events anymore its so utter garbage and all will be garbage. But I just want to say the only way to save this game now would be to stop the scripting on DR. Like just literally let us play, you can do whatever with the cards its fine but please stop this scripting handicap in DR. In some matches my players cannot move, my own players are literally tackling each other to give the opposition the ball, like when my RW is running with the ball my RM will try to run into him (I mean what is the garbage??), the passing is so bad you just know every pass is going to be incorrect (this is the norm rather than exception, when this should be the reverse, why is literally every pass wrong or not going to intended target?), in some games opponent players are literally just stuck to my players, they cant even receive a pass, the players pass the ball in front of goal instead of shooting (I have no idea what is this bizarre thing, but they keep doing it and costing matches??), also players are chipping balls when it should be simple ground pass or simple straightforward shot (again not sure what is going on here??). Basically the players are doing their own things and not even obeying your input commands, so not sure we rather just watch them play at this stage its not a football sim, e football is better. Another is defending when the script is against you, your entire defense just moves apart and opponent is just running straight open goal (I mean come on man what is this trash, this absolutely a joke lool I cant even believe what im seeing sometimes).

Very well stated.  I’ve been playing since the beginning, along with many in my league.  The frustration has never been higher.  I’m afraid this year’s TOTY event may have driven many over the edge and will force them to look elsewhere to play a mobile football/soccer game.

Personally, while I do pay for a handful of Star Passes each year (for the time being I decided not to for TOTY), I miss the ability to grind and target players.  Additionally I miss the open market.  

Sadly, this TOTY event is entirely uninteresting.

It’s a shame how much the game has gone downhill.
