Deluxe Draft Vouchers
I mean why didn't you gave the deluxe voucher in the store with the gems to purchase with i saw that we can use the deluxe draft vouchers from the direct draft option I did not know and this never happened you gave the deluxe draft vouchers in the last toty event in the store to purchase with 4500 gems but why you didn't do this time I had 35k gems and I used it on icons draft voucher knowing the deluxe draft vouchers aren't free this is totally wrong I need you to take everything I got from the recent icons draft and give me my gems back or the deluxe draft vouchers i woke up thinking I will pack good utots in the event but this happend

It was mentioned in the stream that it uses different draft vouchers. The store also has gem options (1 per day for 3k, then 4.5k). Also, TOTY did have the same setup. Normal voucher was 3k per one, TOTY was 4.5k for one. TOTS isn't any different in that respect.
You need to pay attention to the streams, the article that was posted and in the game itself post-launch.
Lastly do not use inflamatory phrases in the subjects, it does break the forum rules.
