Draft system and Phase 2 tokens

Hey EA, 

I have 2 116 ovr players that don't fit in my team. So for capped legends when the phase 2 gets completed, I will not be able to exchange my 116 rated players in the next phase. And the only exchange available is the extra time tokens which gives only 2000 tokens for a player ranging from 99 to 117 which is unfair. And the extra time also have been limited to 115, so 116 and 117 are unobtainable.

Due to the draft system it's become much more difficult for f2p to select the players based on their position and ovr requirement, it's all based on luck which removes the concept of strategizing and building teams.

Please bring back the shard system and fix the extra time exchanges.
