Duplicate reward in my club, from Division Rivals !

EA Sports.... I come to you with the following request to fix an error in my club: almost 2 weeks ago I played Division Rivals, at VS Attack, to climb the rank. After I made the 30 stars, I got that "Hyper Battle" kit from ~Promotion Rewards~. The problem is that I already had this "Hyper Battle" kit in my club, since 1 year ago, and now this kit that I received, was put in my club for the 2nd time, that is, duplicated. I respectfully ask you to fix this technical error.

I don't know if other users are having this problem, but please fix this error in my club, even if it's a minor one.

Username (in-game): Ionel 05

Game version: 26.1.01 (The latest, from the Play Store)

I play the game on 2 devices: a Lenovo tablet and a Samsung phone. Both have Android 14.

thanks ionel0505 - that would suggest that they have different back-end tags, even though their display name is the same, because you shouldn't be able to select the same kit for home and away. I will let the team know :)

So you have the kit twice in your inventory?

mendozzamagic - yeah, it's there twice, in the vid the OP has MC kit on, then selected the said Hyper Battle kit, then scrolls down a bit and then another instance of it is towards the end of the inventory and OP "changed it" to the same looking kit.

Yes, I have the same "Hyper Battle" kit twice in my inventory. I have also tried to contact EA Sports about this bug. I am waiting for a response.

Ah - ok - you will probably find that while they are the same kit visually they have a different behind the scenes tag as they are from different spots in the game … I’ll raise with the team, but chances are not much is going to happen as nobody is being disadvantaged by the kit showing up twice in your inventory.

out of interest - as you have two different entries for the same kit - can you select one for home and the other for away? If so, that might make it more of an issue for the team to investigate 🤷‍♀️

mendozzamagic They don't have any different "labels".
They both have the same name. They're duplicates. And yes, I can select both: one at "Home" and one at "Movement," the same kit.

mendozzamagic Can you also send me the UID associated with the account so that I can pass it on to the team ? I want them to fix this bug as soon as possible. It's crazy to have the same kit in my inventory twice. During the "Anniversary" event, there was the "Welcome To The Club" kit, which I already had in my inventory and I didn't receive it again, as a duplicate, as is the case with this "Hyper Battle" kit.

I'm opening a separate topic..but the other one will remain valid. Has any user in Division Rivals (VS Attack, Head to Head or Manager Mode) made the 30 stars so far ? Does anyone have an (identical) kit in their inventory twice in the club ? Or has anyone else, besides me, gotten the duplicate of the "Hyper Battle" kit [from Division Rivals] ? Thank you and I'm waiting for your answers, to know if anyone else is in the same situation as me.
