EA (Suspended Account) or (Ban)

My account has had a suspended penalty for no reason since 12:44 a.m. It's showing "Your account has been banned for an hour." It's 2:30 a.m. It's been 2 hours. I cannot log in to my account because of the suspension. I don't understand if it's a ban or a suspended penalty. I want to know, how can I remove the suspension from my account and reactivate it??.

I am not doing any violence or any harassment. to other user, please help me EA

Short suspensions can also come from unexpected behaviour around your account, sometimes not your actions, but others, e.g. someone trying to hack in, so EA would see repeated auth failures or new devices being detected, that's suspicious. Not saying that’s what’s happening in your case, but it’s the most common cause of a short suspension in the IT world.

Edit: razaa_football as the thread is locked, that section refers to the platform being used, so it's your mobile. If you were to play on a console, you'd enter "console"...

Since November 25th, I haven't been able to log in to my FC Mobile account due to a suspension warning. I don't know why this is happening. There's no information about how long I've been suspended. I'm missing all activity points. There's no information in my suspension history. Could you please fix my account? I'm leaving the links below. I was logging in with my Facebook account. totally unacceptable from EA Auto Suggestion, also not there. How can any user appeal to the EA technical team?
