Why can't we do an exchange with friends
My friend has 1000 shards and he is willing to swap them for 10 mascherano.
I have 10 mascherano
Because people will then start selling players, resources etc. Some allready sell accounts.

Users will cheat by using many accounts
True. Imagine having more than one account. You would be able to get two or three good players for each account than send those players to your main.
