Exchanging event shards for players

I think shard system was quite a hit coz you can aim for what you want and work towards it mate.. In earlier events which used to offer final rewards as high ovr we rarely used to get the player or position you are looking for ex: trick or treat, euro, last year Toty, dynasties, HOL etc.  It might have bcom a bit of an overkill for some but I do support the idea for it's user friendliness.
