What update are you referring to? There haven’t been any gameplay updates for a very long time. Some of the H2H points you mentioned seem more related to PvE gameplay behaviour than actual H2H. The World Cup is coming soon, so this likely will bring some major overhaul of the game (this is my speculation based on content creators' leaks, but what happens remains to be seen)
As for Manager Mode, it’s a waste of time to complain about it. It was originally a trial for another mode, and after the trial ended, it was abandoned rather than removed (personally, I want it gone, as it's an extremely pointless mode). This has been explained multiple times, so while it’s still there, you might as well take the free rewards and move on.
Bro . Basically..I cannot enjoy the H2H....I have big lag .. my players are like frezze!!! No one make run !! Cannot pass the ball everything is a mess!! I don't know what developers team doing there ! Butt they didn't change nothing on the gameplay!!! I have 12 ms ... imagine! And I cannot play!!
Just because you have 12ms, does not mean your opponent has the same latency. Read the solution here -> Network is good but in game lags | EA Forums - 13153562 . It explains basic H2H connectivity.
