I tried all the steps but nothing I reinstalled the game in two different phones and nothing If their is any more steps I can do I would be appreciated thank you for your time 🙏
Unfortunately, there isn't much more we can do if those steps did not resolve the issue. Can I confirm if you are using multiple accounts on your device?
No I'm only using one for more than 2 years now it's gone
Thanks. I asked because sometimes accounts can get overwritten when swapping profiles. Are you sure you are still logged in with the same EA and Facebook account on your device? Are you able to test it on another phone/ mobile device?
