[Feedback thread] New Features Drop! Tell Us What You Think

Hey everyone!
The latest update just went live, bringing a bunch of fresh features and systems we’ve been excited to roll out. We want to hear your first impressions: what’s working, what feels cool, and what still could use some polish.

Here are the big new ones to dig into:

  • Team Badges — Earn and equip badges to boost your squad. Which badges are you using, and what combos feel strongest?
  • New Rank Up Items / Rank Up Currency System — We’ve replaced the old item-based system. How’s the flow for powering up your players?
  • Training Levels (Separated from Ranks) — Now you can train players up to Level 30 without needing the next Gold Rank. How does that affect your squad building strategy?
  • Matchmaking Lobby — New pre-match features: see your and your opponent’s captains, avoid kit clashes, and enjoy new walkout animations. How’s the vibe?
  • New Formations — 7 new tactical setups added (e.g. 4-2-1-3, 4-1-3-2, 3-4-2-1) across H2H, VSA, and Manager Mode.

  • I have spent more than 50k gems in ballondor and 2nd anniversary events but not received any player above 110 OVR. The 3000 market tokens pick is very bad, I opened many of them and didn't even get a single player of 112,113 ovr, not even 110. Also, the rank up tokens are so hard to get. We used to test our luck in rank ups which sometimes payed off, but now the currency is hard to get. Please increase the pack luck. And reduce the prices for players in the transfer market.

  • Game completely ruined since the anniversary update.

    I have played FC mobile every single day for 18 months and after four days of the anniversary update. I literally haven’t played since. I thought maybe it was a mistake that you would fix but I returned today to find all of the same problems…

    There are so many changes with the gameplay I don’t really know where to start…

    Passing is laughable. Passes do not go where you’re pointing. Virtually all passes operate as through passes even when you didn’t want them to, players run past the ball or away from the ball, control is virtually impossible in attack.

    Ball control is non-existent. It bobbles in front of you and, in situations where I could’ve dribbled around people previously, easily, they just step forward and take the ball.

    And let’s not even start on defence. My players literally checking back - not  imagination, on video - to avoid catching higher OVR players that I’d skilfully covered.

    It feels like AI is running the show. Maybe that’s what you want for your game, but it’s not a skill game at that point.

    I’ve read very little about this, hence my decision to write something and I’m gobsmacked that all of the influencers on YouTube have not really talked about it. 

    Anyway, maybe I should say thank you, as you have broken my obsession with the game literally overnight. In all seriousness though, I would like to know whether this was intentional and this is the direction you’re going or whether - as the odd person I found talking about it suggests - it was a mistake that you are going to fix in due course. 

    In the meantime, the game is unplayable for me. I keep trying but cannot even complete a whole game… and I was playing every day; as I said, obsessed.

  • You say you read every comment so hopefully this will get actioned:

    1. The new feature showing kit comparison before the match is good in theory except if either side's captain is the goalkeeper when obviously you can't compare. I've had too many H2H division rivals matches ruined by having 20 outfield players all in same colours
    2. Many of us have 5 or more different team formations. But if I change that in the main screen or in the H2H screen it sometimes doesn't register for up to an hour - I still have the previous formation while playing H2H
    3. 5 subs has been the default for years irl. We're still on 3.

    These are really simple fixes that a little care and testing pre an update would spot. So either you don't test or you don't care when you spot things like this.

  • I would like to formally invite you into our League if you are down to play everyday, competitive tournaments, casually do your part on scoring goals every time there is a tournament happening,be respectful to the people in the league, and this would be an open league but, if you aren’t 111 OVR or above I would sadly remove you from the League. (The only Specific Requirements is to be 111 OVR or above and be online doing your part of playing the game)

    i know we can on this please EA never trash this fc mobile 26 have many players than FC26 but you never take effort to fc mobile 26 why 🥺.

  • Hello EA FC Mobile,

    After the Real Madrid Glorious Eras event, I would like to file a complaint regarding the Nazario Ronaldo player, which requires 2000 jigsaw pieces. It feels very unfair to use such a large amount of resources only to receive just the Finesse Shot skill on Nazario Ronaldo.

    Do you realize how much time and how many resources players have to spend to obtain a Nazario Ronaldo card that comes with only Finesse Shot? If you intend to give just this one skill, I believe the required resources should be reduced to 1250, which would be much more reasonable.

    It is quite disappointing that a player like Nazario Ronaldo—who was truly world-class in real life—has such underwhelming abilities in the game.

    With all due respect, I sincerely hope improvements will be made. Otherwise, I might stop supporting EA’s football games altogether.
