I have been through the steps, I've deleted and reinstalled the game, I've reset my device, I've reset my wifi, still the same problem. I didn't have this problem before the last update with the new event. Even the high ping issue is back. I'm not stupid, I know everything I have to try before contacting support. The biggest fact is that I play games that are more demanding when it comes to device requirements and network, and they work fine. The reason why I was posting it over and over again, is because it's frustrating when I'm not receiving any help for almost a week now. Contacting support doesn't even work because they don't reply
