Hero Chronicles Reward Bug – Received Wrong Player

Hey 

I’m having an issue with the Hero Chronicles task that requires swapping an Aston Villa player in your lineup. The reward is supposed to be a 99 OVR tradable Ollie Watkins (worth around 50 million coins).

I placed a 77 OVR silver Emiliano Buendía card in my team to complete the task. However, when I claimed the reward, instead of receiving the 99 OVR Watkins, I was given a 108 OVR untradable Emiliano Buendía (Festive Fixtures).

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

EA, could you please investigate and help resolve this? I would like to receive the correct reward worth 50 millions.
