Why is it so hard to get kick off draft Joan García?

I have tried multiple times to the point of reaching the 50 draft limit without any luck with Joan García 108 card while useless Huijsen keeps coming up multiple times. I hope they can give him as a gift to compensate makes me feel like there is no chance to get this card!
