High ping and Lag issues

Hello EA FC Mobile Team,

I am experiencing a serious and persistent issue in both FC Mobile 25 and FC Mobile 26.

• Stable Ping in Menus:
  While in the menu/lobby, ping remains 50–60ms.  
  
  
• Severe Ping Spikes During Matches: 
  During gameplay, ping suddenly jumps to 150ms, 200ms, or even 230ms. 
  This causes lag, stuttering, and makes the game unplayable.
  The issue occurs in every match, regardless of opponent, mode, or device.  
  
  
• Connection Drops:
  Occasionally, I get a “Connection Lost” message, and the game freezes for a few seconds before resuming.  
  
  
• Visual Glitches:
  During high ping events, the screen flickers and brightness drops, making gameplay visually unstable.  
  
  
• Impact on Gameplay:
  Because of these issues, I cannot play smoothly or competitively, even though my network is stable.

Troubleshooting Already Tried:

• Restarted the app
• Reinstalled the app
• Switched between Wi-Fi and mobile data
• Logged in from a different device

Observation:

• The issue occurs in both FC Mobile 25 and FC Mobile 26, indicating it is likely a server-side or game optimization problem rather than a network issue.

Request:

• Please investigate this problem and provide a fix/update.
• The high ping, connection drops, and visual glitches severely affect the gaming experience.

"Ping is too high, can’t even play. In H2H mode with balancing, my players become so dumb that I’ve lost over 10 matches and still can’t beat anyone."

Before update I have a 8-9 ms ping, but after update my lowest ping is 66ms. I'm using a fast internet and I think this is in game issue. 

I'm using a fast 5g connection and am siting right in front of but after all that the ping is 100-132 ms, it's really frustrating am losing matches in H2H which i  should win by good matgin please fix it EA!!!!

Again..the problem persists..what's the use when this still continues...the same thing got repeated...I lost a game because of the loading sign in between, even after my ping and fps is the best.Give me compensation at the Id of "Ajay_Kini_K"

So basically my internet is great, never had a problem with pings but after the update my ping has constantly been high in division rivals

It's okay in the game but wrong with the division rivals.

I am continuously facing ping issues in online matches even tough i am having a good network connection game is continuously crashing. Im using ipad 9th gen i have updated my game to fc 26 mobile recently and after that i m facing these problems. Also i have not got my rewards in h2h of legendary 4 

Same thing happens to me. I always had 30-35ms at max, now it's literally unplayable, mostly VSA, constant high ping, network connection lost, lags between controlss. I have tried all basic things, restarting wifi, clearing cache etc. Tested on wifi and 5G, both have same problem. 

Whenever I play h2h games network is too good as usual but still I'm having high ping issue i play whole game with 150 or 99 ping which I was played with 16 or 30 ms please ea fix this , this is so irritating it frustrated cuz we can't enjoy the game fixed this asap so we can enjoy the game it's a frustrating thing which force us to leave the game 

I use the same data plan to play online, and surprisingly, other games run with lower ping — this was also true with FC 25. But ever since I updated to FC 26, the game always shows high ping, takes a long time to connect to matches, and sometimes even disconnects me during play.

About three weeks ago, I tested the Beta version of FC 26 and noticed the same issue. I assumed it was because it was still in Beta and would be fixed before release, but unfortunately, the problem is still here.

I honestly don’t know what was changed, but this bug clearly hasn’t been addressed. It’s frustrating and doesn’t feel clean, EA.

Before searching  a match stats show , 81ms or 45ms , but when connected to a match  it suddenly jumps to 150ms ,99ms ,120sm ,it keeps on fluctuating between larger values.  In the screenshot below, you see before and when I'm connected in a match . My ping was about 100 above ......why only FC 26 ??
