How to improve the game (Custom Lineups) (Read Devs)

I was just trying to figure out what lineup would be best with my players when I calculated that a 3-3-4 lineup would be best with the players I have. But I realised that there is no such 3-3-4 lineup which made me think how cool the game would be with custom created lineups where you could set every player to any spot and set it the movement of that position on the pitch which would allow the player to create unique lineups and strategies which would definitely make the game much more strategical, fun and less stale and would be a great addition to game as with the removal of the chemistry feature made the team creation feel more textbook-like if you get what I mean.

I believe the player base would love this addition to the game and would allow much more room for content creation and fun ideas to play with your friends. Imagine a 10 striker or a all winger lineup that  moved up and down with the goalkeeper set to play more outfield. The possibilies would be endless and it would add a very creative aspect to the game that would be 100% loved.

(Also add multiplayer on the same team and rocket league-like tournaments would be cool)
