How to overcome the gem grab event that keeps loading on FC Mobile

So I tried to open the gem grab event but when I opened the event, it only displayed a loading screen, without anything appearing on the screen. I've tried many times, but it's still the same, just a loading screen. Does anyone know how to fix this? Or does my phone not support opening the gem grab event?
