seriously, i bought a starpass but didnt receive it at all. its been 3 days. ive contacted everyone but they only make this complicated. they only suggest me to submit a ticket on in-game customer service. i already submitted but do they even answer? its been 3 days. i need help man
We can’t help with account issues here - you need to speak with customer services via the in game settings menu or the ea help website - if you are having issues with the in-game live chat then I believe there are some phone services available via the ea help website

Ugh - they have changed the EA help website - it is terrible 😞
I’ll have more of a look later - there previously was an option - for now though have another crack through the in game settings menu at using the live chat
