I’m really sorry you feel like you’ve wasted your money, mate. I wish I could offer you some sort of silver lining (or hope that EA will listen, much less respond with changes), but in my experience this almost never happens. The only way I’ve been able to keep a semblance of sanity with these guys is by NEVER giving them my money. They waste a fair amount of my free time, but I avoid feeding their greed with actual money.
EA, if you’re paying any attention whatsoever, this is canary in the coal mine speaking. I reckon you can keep on squeezing your whales until the cows come home, but you’ve got F2Pers filing toward the exits and now even P2Pers like this user are pulling their hair out in frustration. How much more value can you conceivably claw back from the community before the whole thing just implodes? Looks like we’re well on our way to finding out. 😒
I'm a forward-thinking person, sustainable performance has become so expensive that it's not worth spending money on, the money you put into it becomes worthless and their point of view is that the reward you earn shouldn't last long, but they're so fed up with this idea that now you have to rethink your team every 2 weeks.
