I lost my 112 Rivaldo

When i purchase ballon dor 112 ovr card and put in my LW position i cant see the card from then. EA please fix this technical issue.

When i purchase rivaldo ballondor 112 OVR card and put in on LW position. I cant see its picture in my team.

Suddenly Rivaldo 117 tradable picture disappears from starting 11. Any players in his place is both starting eleven and subs (example For LAN), but Rivaldo does not appear. Closing game, clearing cache leaded to both Rivaldo cards (tradable 117 and untradable 112) disappearing from team  bunt not from players. 

I'm having the exact same issue I bought the balloon dor Rivaldo but I couldn't find him I had to buy him again and I've still not gotten him

Today I encounter an tehnical issue which made me to lose a player of 117 OVR Rivaldo.

As you can see in my squad Rivaldo photo of 117 OVR is not visibile. 

I had another one in my list of players. When I went in the exchange section for token instead of him was showing me the picture of Palmer from ballon d ore 109 . 

And was offering me 10k tokens for this card. I moved forward in changeing it into tokens. All good 10k coins where delivered to my balance.

When I have checked my players I have visible seen that my second card of Rivaldo of 117 us missing from my player. 

This tehnical issue is on Android , and I just lost a card of 117 OVR which is not normal dear EA Sports.

Same here and I lost one card of Rivaldo in exchange for tokens as was showing image of Palmer instead of Rivaldo 

Hi guys I get scammed on FC mobile I had a player 112 ovr Rivaldo and I exchanged it for extra time points because in the area where you select the player for exchange instead of Rivaldo it appeared as 108 Burkardt at 10.000 points and I exchanged Rivaldo thinking it was Burkardt, I would like to get Rivaldo back because it is not my fault that this game has bugs

I took ballon dor Rivaldo off of my team to sell him in the market but now he has completely disappeared from my reserves which means I can't sell him. That's 1bil gold down the drain.
