Why cannot anyone provide useful information here about the basic game ground rules for leagues and regions after the coming re-set?

@MrGrandpaSteve because either nothing will change or when they announce the regions stuff they will announce that leagues are now cross region … we will find out when it is announced, if it is part of their release timetable, then we will get no leaks prior to the announcement.
Just be patient - if they told you today that there is going to be inter-regional leagues and friends, how is that going to make any difference to if they announce it on 26 September … either way, you can’t get into the game until that date.
