Well, it’s been two weeks since they solicited feedback on the update and it’s been a deafening silence in response to dozens of user posts so I don’t think we can be too surprised that they’re being unresponsive on this too. I have to say, their incompetence never ceases to amaze me. The absolute minimum in this type of situation is simply to acknowledge the customer and let them know they’ve been heard and EA can’t even get that right. I honestly don’t know why we bother with these forums. Sometimes it does make me feel better to know I’m not the only one who’s exasperatedwith this game and this company, but the indifference we get from EA is really embittering.

Thats some mad pack luck, anyway, this is a known issue that’s already been reported on the FutMobile Discord. It hasn’t been officially acknowledged yet, but a lot of players are experiencing the same problem.
EA folk here should provide some updates or pin one of the threads, then provide updates as these comePlease also take a moment to read through other posts on this topic. There’s no need to flood the forum with 20 separate threads about the same thing. It’s just basic forum etiquette.

IT HAS BEEN 3 DAYS AND STILL SILENCE ON THIS ISSUE. THE EXCHANGE EXPIRES BY THE WEEKLY RESET. FIX THIS EA.
