Longer Star Pass, Better Shard Rewards

Increase Star Pass levels to 100 or 120 for a 4 week event and don't reward a meagre 50 shards for an entire event. In the hindsight, with players complaining of falling short of shards everytime, this has been the real issue. For players completing daily tasks every day, completing the star pass is a matter of 2 weeks. What about the next 2-4 weeks? What are we supposed to do with the 2000 coins and one 70-85 ovr base player? How does that keep us going in the event? It's not something being asked for free. Completion of daily tasks everyday by F2P players during the entire event is worth being rewarded as such. And that means more shards, at least 200 of them. And would be good if some more URP's are added and the final reward is increased to a 108-111 OVR player instead of the 104.

  1. At least 100-120 levels of star pass
  2. At least 200 shards in free star pass
  3. Some more URPs
  4. Final reward in free star pass to be 108-111 OVR

That's it. That's the demand.

  • You’ve made some solid points, but the biggest issue here is really the cost of the pass. It feels excessively high for what we’re actually getting — especially when the so-called “top” player is untradeable. There’s no real advantage anymore, unlike previous versions of the game where the pass felt more rewarding. Since the shift to FCM, it honestly feels like the value has dropped significantly.

    If players are expected to pay that kind of price, there should at least be some flexibility — like making the main rewards tradeable or giving more control over how they’re used. Right now, it just doesn’t feel worth it.

  • It used to mean something when the card luck was better. Now with the 1000+ FC coins I barely get a 107 ovr player.

    Yeah, that's true. They should alsi include nostalgia pass in the anniversary voting section if this remains the issue. I agree, as you said, the previous season passes used to be way better and worth the grind. But now, as an F2P player, I want the pass to be at least rewarding for every single day of the event and not for the first 2 weeks after which completing the daily tasks seems cumbersome.

  • If you noticed for the f2p every other reward is a 80 over pack. It's ridiculous. Hope the new update will be different, hope it will improve the game.

  • Yep, the absurdly low drop rates, lack of decent rewards, and the fact that prices have nearly tripled in my region have pushed me back to being F2P (I can easily afford to stay P2W but I’m not biting again until there’s a noticeable improvement). The OG FM era had an uplift after the "NO$4BUGS" campaign, Season 6 (I think it was) or the last World Cup. 
    Pretty sure I’m not alone in feeling this way — there are probably thousands of players in the same boat.

    It took only 8 days to complete the pass! So the reward after the completion of star pass should be increased. It should be at least 90+ player since highest ovr increased to 111

    No it should never be about lost completion rewards. The entire pass should be long enough to last the entire event.

    I am not against that but I play more than regular so ultimately I will complete the pass within time thus I said that the after completion should also increased along with the entire pass duration.

    Yes but a season long pass would also mean more shards. And I have clearly stated, at least 200 shards from the star pass. That's the bare minimum EA can do.
