EA, I swear, you should just get rid of Manager Mode entirely. That **bleep** mode is so stupid. No matter how much I adjust the tactics, the team never follows my instructions. Get rid of that piece of trash mode! Even if the squad is strong and the players are powerful, they still play like clueless idiots. What the hell is the point of the tactics? You guys made a game mode that's utterly idiotic!
I reached FC Champion in MM with 20 wins or so. I left the game on auto for half a day and I came back to 60 wins. In half a day, i won around 40 MM matches. I am still at 1 star. To go up just 1 measly star, I had to win 40 matches. Funny how EA will look at this and say "Looks right to me."
As it has been covered many times in the past, if you use the search function, it was a test for Tactical Football that never took off, but MM was left in the game for some reason. It's a source of relatively easily obtainable resources where one shouldn't care about it much. Set it to autoplay overnight and collect the free stuff in the morning, usually gets to 20-30 stars by the end of the month.
Have players with really good long shots. Speed 3 bars, passing 1 bars, organised and covered, shooting at 2 or 3 and you'll be ok. You will lose after winning 3 or 4 games as it's scripted that way
Mine looks similar, but I haven't changed tactics since week one, and I will not bother either. It still gets to 10 stars, so 9999 gems. Last month, got over 20 (so had ranksup too, yay, lol)
