Hello everyone, I need help with my account issue. In less than 24 hours, my first FCM account (linked to my Apple ID) suddenly disappeared. After I tried to move my second FCM account (linked to my EA account) to my first account, the Apple ID became linked to the second account instead. Now: My first account is missing My Apple ID is linked to the wrong account Account details: Name: Damian UID: removed Platform: iOS / Apple ID Is there any way to unlink the Apple ID from the wrong account and recover my original account? I would really appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you!

Ok - so a couple of tips 1 - never post your user id on a public forum, it could allow people to gain access to to your account 2 - not a good idea to try and have two FC Mobile accounts on the one device, it creates complications and generally ends up with you overwriting one account with the other. if you want two accounts, generally best to use two devices and two different linking methods (I have my test account on my wife’s iPad … when she lets me use it) 3 - you have your original account user id - contact customer service either via the in game settings menu (albeit with the new account) or via ea help website and see if they can unlink and reinstate … chances are you have just overwritten it and it is lost, but there is no harm in trying

Need Help: My FCM Account Disappeared and Apple ID Linked to Wrong Account

Hello everyone, I need help with my account issue.

In less than 24 hours, my first FCM account (linked to my Apple ID) suddenly disappeared.

After I tried to move my second FCM account (linked to my EA account) to my first account, the Apple ID became linked to the second account instead.

Now:

My first account is missing
My Apple ID is linked to the wrong account

Account details:

Name: Damian
UID: removed
Platform: iOS / Apple ID

Is there any way to unlink the Apple ID from the wrong account and recover my original account?

I would really appreciate any help or suggestions.

They only care about money and money, without making any improvements to their service system or the account security in their game. What a shame!!

I have contacted EA Help through the game and the website, explaining that my account disappeared because it was unlinked due to their own system. I created a new account, but gacha nowadays was really suck and it made me feel furious, especially with their response that only asked questions without giving any solution at all.

Latest update: I have deleted my second FCM account, however my first account (Damian) is still unavailable. Is there any possible solution to restore it?
