Same thing is happening to me I can’t claim the 20000 gems reward because I can’t increase a player’s skill points to level 3 since the current version can only increase a player’s skill points to level 2 maximum. EA needs to change this for like 1 week or month for those who haven’t completed this quest.
Have you tried buying a ranked older player, a silver or gold from the market that lets you use the 3 skills
