Need to fix this simple achievement quest

Same thing is happening to me I can’t claim the 20000 gems reward because I can’t increase a player’s skill points to level 3 since the current version can only increase a player’s skill points to level 2 maximum. EA needs to change this for like 1 week or month for those who haven’t completed this quest.

You could try what auiac6caqeze suggested and let us know if it worked.  

Keep in mind that these quests were designed before the ranking and training system changed. Back then, all you had to do was buy several cheap 60/70 cards, rank them up to green to keep it cheap, and then train up all of your squads. With ranking, the 20 cheap cards allowed you to rank all the way to gold.  

Now that ranks are much harder to come by, the method from auiac6caqeze does not work. Wait until the end of the event to claim your player and then rank him. For training, just buy cheap fodder for 10k each (70-79 OVR).

If you are still stuck, record a video of what you are trying to do.

Rank up a player 3 times and use the skill points. It might be best to buy a fully ranked player from the market, a low overall so it's cheap and use all of the skill points so you get all of the achievements
