No Button to link FCMobile with EA or Google

I cannot link my FC Mobile to an account as there is no button to press to link my account.

I want to take my progress to my new phone but i have no clue how to do this

Can someone help me here ?

the support didn't even understand my problem3

    @bqrrfwz39s12 It’s possible that you have an underage account - contact support and tell them that you want to check whether your account is underage and that you want to verify your age so that you can link your account and transfer your content to a new device

    @mendozzamagic thats ecxatly what i tried today for 3 hours, but the support didn´t get my problem, and told me that this impossible because i have the right age in my EA-account.

    They dont understand that its the age that you input during installation fc mobile on the device and not the EA-acc.

    @bqrrfwz39s12 Hmm - there is a thread in here somewhere where someone outlined how they successfully updated their game age - I’ll see if I can find it and paste a link to it
