Phase 2 Tokens are useless - No Player Exchange available but it still have

In the Item Exchange, I can still see the option to get Phase 2 Tokens, and it says it expires in 42 days. But in the Player Exchange section, there is NO PLACE to spend these tokens.

Why are you letting us exchange for these tokens if we can't use them to get any players? Please add a TOTS exchange or a way to spend these Phase 2 tokens
