Ragnarok players cannot be traded for shards!!!!

I have nearly 10 Ragnarok players and I wanted to use them in shard exchange, but I encountered a player not found error. Please do what is necessary

I do not receive Ragnarok Tokens after playing Division Rival games, as it replaced the Aqua vs Inferno Tokens for the daily limit of 5 thing. And also Ragnarok players do not show up when going to exchange them for Ragnarok Shards. Please fix this issue.
