I have nearly 10 Ragnarok players and I wanted to use them in shard exchange, but I encountered a player not found error. Please do what is necessary

I didn't have any fc points but used 105,5k gems and got players equivalent to only 325 shards
I also have that problem I have worth over 100 shards

Same thing happened with me. Got the winter card players but can’t exchange them with winter card shards
Recently I've purchased Ragnarok packs from store and got Ragnarok players.
But when i jump into exchange store to exchange the players for shards, The Ragnarok exchange store shows there's no Ragnarok players in my vault but I've enough player,at least one player to exchange.. what's going on? Where's the problem? Is this only a bug?

When I go to shard exchange for ragnarok the players are not there but I've 6 ragnarok players in my team..

I had 2 Abedi Pele CAM 108 from packs and I thought it wouldn't work to exchange with him for shards because he's a Hero, because when I enter in exchange section for shard exchange, only 1 tradable player (not hero or icon) was able to exchange, but actually it's a bug... I lost my shards because I exchanged adebi pele in exchange section on a 106-111 pack and I recieved an 106 player... **bleep**...wich I exchange it agaaain and I recieve 105 player... bad luck... but with 108 adebi pele and with the BUG I am very upset
