Yes, I have contacted EA help but it has been days without any response and I have 1500 shards.

I have the same problem here. I’ve also followed the steps they suggested, and none of them helped.

Even when I asked about my issue, they just kept asking the same questions over and over again without giving any solution

and i've already make a new account for now, but pack nowadays is very terrible

Please help me  link my account again, i have a several Screenshot or ID to my account

Before the system bug occurred, my FC Mobile account was already linked to my Apple account. However, it became unlinked when I switched to an EA login. After that, my FC Mobile account disappeared and is now no longer linked to either my EA account or my Apple account.

Please help me recover my account because I can no longer access it
