Request for Assistance in Securing My FC Mobile Account
I am writing to report a serious issue with my FC Mobile account's security. I suspect that I may have accidentally exposed my EA account credentials. My FC Mobile account is linked solely to this EA account and is not connected to any other services such as Google or Facebook.
Recently, I discovered that an unknown individual accessed my FC Mobile account from an unfamiliar device. Following the instructions on EA Help, I contacted support to change the email and password associated with my EA account and enabled device verification. However, I was surprised to find that the unauthorized individual could still access my FC Mobile account.
To investigate further, I conducted an experiment using another phone. I found that once an individual has successfully logged into my FC Mobile account, they can continue accessing it even if I change my EA account's email and password. The only effective solution I discovered was to uninstall FC Mobile and reinstall it from the app store. Upon reinstalling, I was required to re-enter my EA account credentials, which the unauthorized individual does not know, effectively preventing their access.
I would like to ask if you could assist me with the following request: Lock or disconnect all devices currently authorized to access my FC Mobile account. This would require all devices to re-enter my new EA account credentials on the login page in order to access my FC Mobile account.
