The Game Feels Unfair to Paying Players

I have been spending real money on FC Mobile for a long time, but recently the pack system has become extremely disappointing. I purchased FC Points and opened multiple packs, and the same player (109 Gabbia) dropped repeatedly within minutes. 

This makes the pack system feel far from “random.” The drop pool seems extremely limited, and players who spend money receive almost no valuable rewards in return. Even within the 108-109 range, getting the same duplicate cards over and over completely kills the motivation to spend or play.

Players invest time and real money and expect fair returns. The current pack system makes us feel scammed rather than rewarded. Please fix the drop rates and widen the pack pool so paying players do not feel cheated.
