Total Failure! No Support on Twitter or Answers HQ - Case #241093469

This is the most unprofessional support I have ever seen. My account (YOYOGOX) with 121 OVR is banned for no reason, and everyone is ignoring me.EA Support on Twitter is NOT responding to my DMs and evidence.EA_Pythia on this forum says she "can't help" and tells me to waitMy formal appeal Case #241093469 is still stuck.You are a failed management. How can a 121 OVR player be treated like this? I want my account back and I want a human to talk to me NOW!

    Unfortunately as you've already been told we can't help with bans here on the forums. We don't have the tools to look into them. If you've reached out to our terms of service team, I can only recommend that you wait patiently for a response.

    When did you raise the case, exactly? Usually they respond within 10 days, but sometimes it can take longer unfortunately. You can always check the status of your case under My Cases.

    I have been waiting for hours and still no official response. My account YOYOGOX (121 OVR) is banned unfairly and I have provided 5 clear proofs in Case #241093469.Your celebration of 5M subscribers means nothing if loyal players are treated like this. I am now documenting this silence to escalate it to consumer protection agencies. Do your job and review my evidence NOW!

    I raised the case on March 22nd. It has been several days and the "Terms of Service" team is not providing any updates while I am losing my progress in the UCL event!

    ​I have already provided 5 clear pieces of evidence in Case #241093469. If this is not resolved immediately, I will make this case a global trend on Twitter and YouTube to show everyone how you treat loyal players. My 121 OVR account must be restored!

    ​Please escalate this to the TOS supervisors NOW before I take further action.

    Again, it can take up to 10 days to hear a response. There's nothing we can do right now other than wait to hear back from them.

    Still waiting for a human review. I have provided 5 pieces of evidence in Case #241093469. My 121 OVR account deserves a fair investigation. Don't ignore a loyal pro player! #JusticeForYOYOGOX

  • Even though it's frustrating and their customer support is useless. Still, you can't just go on threatening a multi-billion company. 😂90% of us complain but it doesn't have any effect on them cuz there isn't a single game better than FC Mobile. Afterall you hate the fact that you can't play it anymore, don't you?

    So this thread has already been answered, and there isn't anything else constructive that can be added. I'll be locking it, but if you need help with something else (again, we can't help with bans here on the forums) then feel free to create another thread.
