TOTS Scout odds are fixed

I have been playing the various iterations of the Scout events since they were introduced.  It has become obvious that the odds of opening different clues are weighted, with “untradeable” highly favoured.  For example, I just opened 10 clues and got untradeable 8/10 times.  I got the position clue once and the OVR clue once.  This experience is repeated for months.  I think I can count on one hand how often I have gotten the team clue or country clue.  Please public]sh the odds of each clue appearing since it is blatantly obvious that they are not evenly weighted
