Two top ICONs take us into Week 2 of Captains.

What’s the point? The drop rates on anything above OVR 106 are such garbage that no one who doesn’t P2P will have enough shards to win any top players. I’ve collected 45 cards so far—one 108, two 107, and the rest 106/105. 

Who is EA kidding here? That’s more than 93% of the time that I’m drawing crap. This is exactly what happened in the Ragnarok event. I spent weeks grinding and wasn’t able to win ANY top players.

This game has long been a casino (as in its rigged to induce chumps to part with their money), but these last couple of events appear to be even longer odds than ever before. If I’m wrong about that then someone from EA please post the comparative drop rates and prove it, but I’ve collected a fairly decent sample size (in Captains and in Ragnarok) and it’s frustratingly grim.
