Unable to access the configuration of current build issue

Hello, I have been a long time player of FC Mobile. But I have never faced such problems in this playing time. I played the game yesterday just fine. But today, it gets stuck in the loading screen. So as it instructed I uninstalled the game and install again but the problem remains. Then I thought maybe my phone has some issues so I went to my tablet which is running in android 15 and it's the same problem again! What should I do? Can some one please find me a fix, or I'll lose todays progress!!!

  • hmmm - perhaps contact customer service via the ea help website - it could be that you are having some sort of account issue if it is happening across two different devices

  • Have you tried other networks? Or killed your Wifi and used your mobile network to connect? Although it's rare, your service provider could have pushed out an update to your modem for traffic/port shaping that introduced blocked ports etc,

    your 0x20 prefix typically refers to networks, 82  indicates connection related context, e.g. timeout or packet/frame rejection, etc, which prompted the comment above, a long shot without knowing your internet access setup, but worth checking.
