Unfair Pack Luck and Player Rewards in FC Mobile
Dear EA SPORTS FC Mobile Team,
I have been playing FC Mobile for a long time and have always been a dedicated player. However, I am very disappointed with my recent experience.
After playing for so long, I only managed to get one 117 OVR player. On the other hand, my friends who do not play as much as I do were able to get 5 players of 117 OVR using just 20,000 gems. This feels very unfair and discouraging.
I invest a lot of time into this game, but the rewards I receive do not reflect my effort at all. This makes the game feel unbalanced and disappointing.
I kindly request you to look into this issue and consider providing me with some 117 OVR players or fair compensation. This would really motivate me to continue playing the game.

This feels like the heart of your post, and I totally understand why seeing your friends get those items feels unfair, given that you mentioned you're playing more.
It may help to know that the probability of pack drops is the same for everyone. No one is given a better chance than others to get better items from packs. All accounts have the same chance to make sure it's fair for everyone.
