Urgent Escalation: Contradictory Account Status & Unresolved Support Loop

Dear EA Support Team,I am seeking urgent clarification regarding the restriction on my FCMobile account . I was shocked to receive a 168-hour banning immediately after completing a manual gameplay session in a Real-Time Match(at about 12:50 p.m. 2025/4/16(Beijing time)), as I have never engaged in any form of cheating or violation of the EA User Agreement. Despite receiving an in-game notification of a 168-hour suspension, my EA account page shows no ban history. This discrepancy has caused significant confusion.I want you group to recover my game account as soon as possible, for I didn't cheat yesterday!Peter PanUser ID 964906823675482115
