Why is it so hard to exchange Olmo in top duos exchange?

I have tried more than 10 times 750 token and haven’t been able to get Dani Olmo 115 top duo card from the exchange and it’s really frustrating the same players keep comming up every one but for Dani Olmo this is unfair it should be equal odds to get every player not same players every time!!! Fix it!!!
