“False Suspension After H2H Goalkeeper Freeze Bug (Code 0x00102710)”

Hello EA Support,

My FC Mobile account was suspended right after a Head-to-Head match on 3rd December at around 8:56 AM (Central Asia / Uzbekistan).

 

During the match, my opponent’s goalkeeper suddenly froze and didn’t react to my shot. My opponent then sent a laughing sticker, so I believe it was a glitch or possibly triggered by them. As soon as the match ended, I was suspended with the code 0x00102710.

 

I want to make it clear that I have never used any cheats, mods, VPNs, scripts, or third-party tools. I was playing normally on my Samsung A70.

 

This looks like a desync/goalkeeper freeze bug that caused the anti-cheat system to falsely flag my account. Please review the logs for that match — you will see normal gameplay from my side.

 

I kindly request that you remove this false suspension.

    I wish I could look into this for you, but we can't investigate ban appeals through the EA forums.

    Our Terms of Service team assists players with bans and suspensions. They can investigate this for you if you send in a ban appeal

    Follow these steps to reach them:

    If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.

    • Open the webform
    • Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
    • Select Submit.
    • Then select Email us.

     

    Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
