Hi mate - the forums can’t help you with account questions - unfortunately you need to persist with customer service … a word of advice though, don’t use the word bug, do highlight that you have purchases not received … when you say “bug” they just send you here, which is not much use unless it is indeed a universal bug issue.
I will raise the pack unlock issue with the dev team to see if it is a common issue, but you would think there would be a lot more posts if it was … nevertheless, I will pass it on
