Account banned and no info from EA on it, so trying to appeal:
I'm trying to appeal a ban from EA however when I go to the appeal request section to submit it, it won't let me proceed as it wants me to enter console type and nothing I type works. Screenshot attached.

If you can’t choose Android as your platform, try switching to the desktop version of the page or using another device to see if that works.
