Account Data not loading into the game

I had a team that was OVR 116 and then I deleted the game like 1-2 months ago, but then I started to play again but when I logged using MY EA account it appeared that I have to start from 0. and not with my previous team and purchases, I would like to know what caused this and how to get my previous team back.

If you had a linked account to ea, Facebook, Apple etc, then contact customer service via the in game chat or via ea help website and they should be able to help you get that account relinked.

if you were just playing as a guest then your progress is deleted when you delete the game as data is only stored locally on your device
