Account (SUSPENDED) OR (BANNED) FOR NO REASON
My account has had a suspended penalty for no reason since 27th November. It's showing "Your account has been banned for an hour." No specific time or days are mentioned. It's been 2 days. I cannot log in to my account because of the suspension. I don't understand if it's a ban or a suspended penalty. EA technical team, Just check my account; I don't have any penalty in penalty history.
