Appeal a suspended account

Dear EA. I have banned from the game for three days now. I dont know why my account suspended for 28 DAYS!!! I never use cheat or smething else. I loyal and play every day. I start this case with case number #248668315 few days ago, and dont get any response until now. What can i do now, please help. Thx in advance

    Hi! Thanks for reporting this. I had to remove your User ID for safety reasons. Are you still experiencing the [0x00102710] error when trying to access the game?
