Asking for help to receive an order I made

Dear EA, I made a purchase order for the ucl premium star pass(109 GHC), the order was made on Sunday 12 April at exactly 06:29pm.

Since then I haven't received anything from you. I made several reports to the customer services in game but repeatedly ask me to send receipts of payments which I have done severally. I would be very amazed if you would be able to help me get my rewards back.
