[Asking for Information] Unclaimed Items - Error 10002

Hello. How can i fix this? I can not do anything. I have no problems with the Internet, I tried it on different devices, the same error pops up.

THE PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN I OPEN THE GAME FIFA / FC MOBILE IT SHOWS UNCLAIMED ITEMS AND WHEN I TAP ON THE CLAIM BUTTON IT SHOWS UNKNOWN ERROR [1002] HERE IS SOME PIC OF THIS PROBLEM
