THE PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN I OPEN THE GAME FIFA / FC MOBILE IT SHOWS UNCLAIMED ITEMS AND WHEN I TAP ON THE CLAIM BUTTON IT SHOWS UNKNOWN ERROR [1002] HERE IS SOME PIC OF THIS PROBLEM
