Ban not lifted

Dear EA Team,

As I reported before, my  account was banned for no reason. I waited for 168 hours(7 days) to conclude as this is the standard duration of most suspensions  but to my surprise I was not unsuspended. This has dampened my spirits for I was waiting to get back into playing the game. I highly approach you asking for my ban to be lifted so I can enjoy the game as much as possible during this festive season. 

I hope this issue will be resolved.
